Kenneth J. Frank, M.D., opened Frank Eye Center, P.A. in July, 1996, in Ottawa, Kansas. He was born in Iola, Kansas, raised in Westphalia, Kansas  and attended Garnett High School. In 1988 he graduated, with highest distinction, from the University of Kansas with a degree in Cellular Biology. In 1992, he graduated from the University of Kansas School of Medicine. He went on to complete an internship in internal medicine in 1993 at the University of Kansas Medical Center. He then completed his residency-training program in ophthalmology at Texas A&M/Scott & White Hospital in Temple, Texas, in 1996. Dr. Frank and his wife, Shelly, have four daughters and live in Ottawa.
