William H. Campbell, M.D., was born in Topeka, Kansas. He graduated from Kansas University Medical School, interned in Michigan, was a Navy physician, and received his eye surgery training at the U.S. Naval Hospital in Oakland, California. He served two years as staff ophthalmologist at the U.S. Navy Hospital, Long Beach, California. After 32 years of practicing ophthalmology in Coffeyville and raising 3 children, Dr. Campbell and his wife, Kay, have relocated to Lawrence. Bill joined the practice of Frank Eye Center, P.A. in July, 2004. He is excited to be a part of the Ottawa medical community.
