Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Wednesday 8am-7pm

Patients are seen by appointment. Complete eye exams take approximately 2 hours, so please allow time for this. During this exam, dilation of the pupils may cause blurriness and light sensitivity. Therefore, we recommend having a driver for this appointment. We try our best to stay on schedule although emergencies do arise. We ask for your patience and understanding if you have to wait.

Frank Eye Center accepts assignment from Medicare and most major medical insurances. However, it is best to check with your insurance carrier prior to the appointment. Payments for co-pays are due at the time of service, as well as for services rendered for non-participating insurance carriers.

Please remember, regardless of the type of insurance or the party you feel is responsible for your bill, our agreement for treatment is with you. We will ultimately look to you for payment of your account. For your convenience, we accept check, cash, or credit card (Discover, Visa, and MasterCard).

Please be sure to obtain a referral, if required by your insurance, before your scheduled appointment.
